Home Staging & Evaluation Achieving that model home look is critical in order to bring you the highest possible dollar in the competitive real estate market. We provide comprehensive curb-to-alley evaluations and staging services for home owners and listing realty agents, maximizing your home’s potential in the eyes of the prospective buyer. We will arrange your furnishings, artwork and accessories so the buyer can picture themselves and their belongings in your space, all in a day’s work. Move-In Assistance Overwhelmed by a recent move? All you need to do is unload your belongings and we will artfully arrange your furnishings, accessories and artwork allowing you to enjoy your new home. Relax, have a cup of tea, you’ve earned it! Household Blending/Downsizing Whether you are merging homes as a result of a marriage or possibly downsizing as you approach retirement, we can redesign your new home enhancing the existing treasures of you and your partner, or help you select, and possibly edit those treasures most suitable to your new lifestyle. Holiday/Special Event Decorating Aren’t the holidays and family reunions hectic enough? We will decorate your home for the holidays, family reunion or party you are planning, allowing you to tend to all the other details of your special event. Shopping Services Many times, our clients have a “wish list” resulting from a redesign. We can assist you by finding just the right furnishings or accessories to complete the designer look, working within your budget. Fees Consultations - $100 per hour Half Day - $450 Whole Day - $800 Shopping Services $65 per hour Staging and other services priced upon consultation.
